This is a great cashmere sweater for the price. The color (I purchased the black cherry) is gorgeous, and the fit is true to size. The button detail is a nice touch, and I got several compliments when I wore it. Two things to consider: the v-neck might be a little low for some women (I wore a camisole under mine) and the sweater is a little shorter than I was expecting - I thought it would be around the mid-hip range, but it actually fell right below my waist. Otherwise I have no complaints, and would purchase another.
I purchased the V-neck sweater in a size small and it is true to size. I am 5'5'' and it falls about 4-5 inches below my natural waist. It is nicely tailored to fit as pictured on the Amazon model - but definitely not as long as shown. The fabric is very soft, and a light/medium weight which makes it great for layering under a light weight top or wearing alone. It is constructed very well and I am pleased with the value ($70 purchase price during a special Amazon promotion a couple weeks ago). I bought it in a light grey and the color matched the web photo. I also tried the azure color, but it has more blueish, greenish tones in it than turquoise shown in the photos. As with all cashmeres, the real quality will show in the wearings as to how it holds up against pilling. I'll let you know at the end of the season.
